Hi, my name is Sabrene- Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD/MDietSt), recipe enthusiast, coffee lover, and believer that good food should make you feel energised.
I offer supportive, evidence-based nutrition designed to fit real life. No strict diets or endless supplements — just sustainable habits that support energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing. Inspired by my Italian roots, my approach focuses on balance, enjoyment, and long-term confidence with food.

Experiencing bloating, abdominal discomfort, unpredictable bowel motions? Living with digestive uncertainty can be deliberating - i get it! During our sessions together, we will understand your symptoms and come up with a personalised plan to help you find relief and restore confidence with food. I support clients with conditions such as IBS, IBD, Gastroparesis, GORD and Coeliac disease, and provide support to those navigating symptoms.
FODMAP Diet
If specific foods appear to be triggering symptoms, we may explore a structured dietary approach such as the low FODMAP protocol where appropriate, implemented carefully and strategically to minimise unnecessary restriction.

Throughout this process I ensure that micronutrient intake is not compromised, and that protein intake is optimised for muscle mass maintenance.
